HOW IT WORKS - Enter your blood glucose reading using mmol/L or mg/dL. The app remembers your preferred unit. - Tag each entry with context: Fasting, Before Meal, After Meal, Bedtime, or custom tags to track glycemic response. - Record weight; BMI is calculated automatically to monitor metabolic changes. - Log medications, symptoms, meals, and habits with color‑coded labels: green for good habits, red for bad ones, blue for symptoms, yellow for medications. - Use the floating save button to log quickly while scrolling through records.

ANALYTICS & STATISTICS - The Statistics tab displays charts and correlation insights between blood sugar, food, activity, and medications. - Anomaly detection (Robust Z‑Score) highlights readings that deviate significantly from your personal baseline. - Trend analysis identifies improvements or regressions in your glucose stability over time. - Clinical threshold alerts flag measurements outside standard ranges based on diabetes care guidelines.

ON-DEVICE AI ASSISTANT - A local AI model (running entirely on your device) suggests meals or snacks that fit your current glucose level and treatment plan. - All AI processing is private; no health data is sent anywhere.

HEALTH CONNECT INTEGRATION - Optionally sync weight, activity, and sleep data from Google Health Connect and compatible wearables to see how lifestyle changes affect your blood sugar.

DATA OWNERSHIP - Export your complete history as a CSV file to share with your doctor or import into another app. - Import CSV files for data migration without losing records. - No cloud lock‑in; you control your data.

PRIVACY - 100% local storage (encrypted on‑device database). - No accounts, no servers, no cloud sync. - The app works offline.
